All purchases made through heirtogreatness.com are final. We do not offer refunds, except as required by law or as specifically outlined below.

Exception: European Union Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

If your order is being delivered to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to a refund under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, as follows:

You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery, without needing to give a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at heirtogreatness.com within the 14-day period, clearly stating your order number and intent to withdraw.
Once notified, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days, at your own cost, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Upon receiving the returned item(s) in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we may deduct the cost of return shipping or any diminished value resulting from unnecessary handling of the goods.

This right applies only to orders shipped to an EU delivery address and does not extend to customers in any other region.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Regardless of delivery destination, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us at heirtogreatness.com within 3 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where confirmed, offer a replacement or refund. This does not affect any additional statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

How to Request a Refund (EU Customers)

Email heirtogreatness@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and withdrawal request.
Ship the item back to us at the shipping address we will provide within 14 days of notifying us.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
